Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
MakeSure provides elite software engineering, UI/UX architecture, full-stack development, and technical consulting. All client engagements are executed based on agreed Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing sprint milestones and timelines.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final settlement of milestone invoices, full intellectual property and repository rights to custom codebases, design tokens, and digital assets transfer entirely to the client, unless specified otherwise in an agreement.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat client data, proprietary architectures, and business operations under strict non-disclosure obligations. Mutual NDAs are executed prior to scoping proprietary code or enterprise databases.
4. Warranty & Support
All delivered milestones undergo testing and validation across modern browsers and operating systems. Extended maintenance, production monitoring, and long-term SLA support are provided under designated service agreements.
